Northern Virginia’s first and only hockey treadmill and skills development space, Edge Lab Sports is where athletes come to sharpen every part of their game. With just two players per coach, our training model ensures personalized instruction to maximize every session. From stride development on the hockey treadmill to sharpening stickhandling and dialing in shooting accuracy, players of all levels build the power, speed, and confidence needed to excel on the ice.
Located in Dulles Town Center Mall in Sterling, VA, Edge Lab brings advanced training, expert coaching, and a supportive environment together under one roof.
